Discount agreements for medicinal products with the active ingredient Midazolam (ATC-Code: N03AE02): Conclusion of non-exclusive agreements within an open-house model with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.12.2026 and the latest contract end on 30.11.2028. Entry is possible on the first of each month, with a termination period of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace these agreements with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the open-house agreements. For a contract start on 01.12.2026, documents must be submitted by 27.10.2026. An organizational lead time of generally 35 calendar days is required by AOK. This is not a procurement under public procurement law.
