Rebate agreements for medicinal products with the active ingredient Testosterone (ATC: G03BA03): AOK Niedersachsen offers non-exclusive rebate agreements to all interested pharmaceutical companies under an open-house model. These contracts serve as a transitional solution until exclusive contracts come into force and have a maximum term of 24 months. The earliest contract start date is December 1, 2026, with all contracts ending no later than November 30, 2028. Contract conclusion is possible on the first of each month, with a right of termination of six weeks to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house contracts with exclusive rebate agreements, which will then automatically terminate. Exclusive contracts typically come into force 6 to 8 months after publication. For a contract start on December 1, 2026, documents must be submitted by October 27, 2026. A lead time of 35 calendar days is required for AOK. This is not a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
