Rebate agreements for medicinal products with the active substance combination Perindopril, Indapamide, and Amlodipine (ATC-Code: C09BX01): Conclusion within a non-exclusive open-house model; maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.12.2026, latest contract end 30.11.2028. Contracts can be concluded on the first day of a month, with a submission deadline of 27.10.2026 for the first contract start. A right of termination exists with six weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK Niedersachsen reserves the right to replace the open-house agreements with exclusive rebate agreements. This is not a public procurement contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
