Pharmacy Enterprise Resource Planning System as a Software Service

Enterprise Resource Planning System as a Software Service for HUS Pharmacy: Covering operational areas described in the attachments, configuration for medicine management processes and data. The software service must integrate with HUS's existing ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud). The aim is to replace the current system with a SaaS-based solution that enables process development and ensures stable operations. The solution must be based on an existing, production-ready software and provided as a configurable solution. Implementation is planned for 2028. The project starts with a definition phase to clarify requirements and ensure compatibility with the offered software. This phase is time-based, with a maximum cost of 50,000 euros and a duration of up to four months. After the definition phase, both parties have the option to withdraw from the project. Subsequently, the target workload and price will be negotiated. Further requirements concern the implementation process, continuous services, and data security. The software service must be integratable with administrative systems; specific Oracle FINA interfaces are described in attachment 2.9.3, other interfaces in attachment "Integraatiot". The contract draft covers both the implementation and continuous service phases. The calculation of the comparison price and procedures for determining the target price are described in attachment "Hintalomake".

Quality Control Combination Device: Thin-Layer Chromatography Scanner and Liquid Chromatograph Radioactivity Detector

Quality control combination device: Delivery for the HUS Diagnostics Center Cyclotron Unit, comprising two radioactivity detectors, one as part of a thin-layer chromatography (TLC) measurement system and the other integrated into an existing HPLC device. The combination device connects to an Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC system acquired in 2021 and includes one amplifier module to control both detectors. Data analysis is performed using the manufacturer's control software, which must also control the Agilent 1260 Infinity II HPLC system and its data, and be compatible with EU GMP Annex 11 requirements. SiPM radioactivity detectors are preferred due to their higher sensitivity and lower sample requirements. An option includes a combination device with an HPLC radioactivity detector, a multichannel analyzer, and a thin-layer chromatography measurement system. Delivery of the equipment must occur during 2026. The contract is valid until the warranty period of the delivered devices expires. An option for a maintenance contract after the warranty period is included.
