Wheelset changing system including track bridges for Wien Matzleinsdorf

Wheelset changing system for the Wien Matzleinsdorf service center: Replacement procurement of a system for the removal and installation of wheelsets on bogies of rail vehicles. The basic service includes a mobile, rail-bound wheelset changer with associated auxiliary rails, five pairs of track bridges, renewal of the shaft cover of the loading shaft including opening and closing mechanism and fall protection, and complete renewal of the system control. Optional services are covers for the work pit accesses (walkable, openable and closable from hall floor level and work pit) and a full maintenance contract for 36 months. The scope of services includes the overall project management, system planning, delivery, dismantling of the existing system, installation, assembly, CE marking, acceptance, trial operation, obtaining all necessary operating permits, creation of documentation, and comprehensive training for operating and maintenance personnel.
