Bicycle path construction with accompanying infrastructure in Nasielsk Commune, Nowodworski County, section No. 5: The project is implemented under a "design and build" formula in two stages. Stage I involves the preparation of design documentation, and Stage II the execution of construction works. Construction can only commence after the design documentation has been approved by the client. The contractor must develop and agree upon a Work Program (material and financial schedule) with the supervisor and the client, covering the design documentation phase, obtaining necessary decisions and agreements, and the execution of construction works, ensuring continuity of object traffic. Continuous civil liability insurance at least equal to the offer price is required. Disposal of any contamination and waste, including demolition materials, is at the contractor's expense. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Functional and Utility Program (Appendix 3 to the SWZ).
