Framework Agreement for Concrete Products for the Municipal Road Network 2026

Supply of standardized concrete products for the municipal road network in Trondheim: Continuous provision of concrete products for daily maintenance, acute and planned improvements, and new installations of the municipal road network in Trondheim. The procurement exclusively covers the purchase of goods; installation and accompanying contract work will be carried out by the contracting authority. The concrete products are primarily for the operation, maintenance, and replacement of sand trap manholes, the replacement and new establishment of concrete pipes in various dimensions, and traffic safety measures, including securing site areas, roads, and places using physical barrier material (concrete pig/jersey stone). The framework agreement is based on two delivery models: delivery by the tenderer to Valøya or stated construction sites within the municipality's borders; collection by the contracting authority, requiring the tenderer's delivery/storage location to be within a maximum 1-hour driving distance from the contracting authority's main facility at Valøya.
