Framework Agreement for Administrative Services
Administrative services for HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, and analyses for NND and IFE NUK at locations Halden and Kjeller: IFE NUK Kjeller has the option to use the contract before the planned business transfer (provisional date 1 January 2027); support for a business with two locations; access to external expertise; deliverable as assignment-based services and temporary staffing; individual consultants/consultants and independent teams; hourly or fixed-price deliveries; parallel framework agreements with call-offs via mini-competitions. Questions will not be answered in the period 22 July 2026 to 10 August 2026 due to staff holidays.
