Framework Agreement for Administrative Services
Administrative services: Support in HR, finance and accounting, project and case processing, and analyses for NND and IFE NUK at locations Halden and Kjeller. IFE NUK Kjeller has the option to use the contract before the planned business transfer (provisional date 1 January 2027). The framework agreement aims to relieve the organization during high workloads and staffing vulnerabilities. NND will take over IFE NUK Kjeller with approx. 200 employees, requiring the supplier market to support two locations. Services include assignment-based deliveries and temporary staffing, covering individual consultants/consultants and independent teams, with options for hourly and fixed-price deliveries. Parallel framework agreements are planned, with call-offs via mini-competitions. Further information is available in Framework Agreement Annexes 1-8.
