Framework Agreement for Construction Works 2026-2029

Construction works under a framework agreement: Execution of construction works for the units of the City of Naantali, with an estimated start date of November 1, 2026. The contract period includes the possibility of two option years (1+1). Works will be awarded either through mini-competitions or direct awards. Small contracts may include construction, painting, carpeting, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, and steel structure works. The content and quantity of the works to be ordered are not known in advance, and there is no commitment to specific quantities. Works are to be carried out according to the general contract terms YSE 1998.
