Leasing of bicycles (partial amortization leasing) for employees of the City of Gelsenkirchen for official and private use: including insurance, training, and service provisions such as order, return, and claims processing, maintenance, repair, incident management, and an online portal. The contract duration is 48 months, with an option for a 12-month extension. The maximum purchase quantity is 360 bicycles for a 36-month term (10 bicycles per month) or 480 bicycles for a 48-month term (10 bicycles per month). The absolute maximum purchase quantity over the entire contract term is 720 bicycles. Only new bicycles conforming to original manufacturer specifications and the conditions of the TV Fahrradleasing will be provided; the company bicycle leasing model must comply with legal and tax regulations.
