Framework agreement for the supply of endoscopy systems and associated instruments including a service agreement for the Gastroenterology department of Hannover Medical School (MHH): The procurement includes supplementary and/or replacement acquisitions of modern endoscopy towers and instruments, as approximately 95% of existing endoscopes must be successively replaced. The endoscopes must be flexibly and compatibly usable across all examination rooms. The tender is open to alternative manufacturers, requiring a complete replacement of the entire system landscape, including remaining Olympus components, to ensure technological homogeneity. Alternative providers are offered a trade-in option for existing equipment (processors, light sources, suction devices, remaining endoscopes).
