Framework Agreement for Property Management Services and Three Initial Contracts for Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster

Property Management Services: Framework agreement for 8 years for the management of various properties: mobilisation activities, development and maintenance of asset registers, computer-aided facilities management system, annual maintenance plans, planned preventative maintenance (cleaning, pest control) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, landscaping, and winterisation activities. Corrective maintenance (cleaning, repair of vandalism damage) of buildings, facilities, plant and equipment, and planned and corrective maintenance of bus stops (platforms, shelters, poles, flags, including cleaning and vandalism repair). Maintenance of records and reports, demobilisation activities. Expected value of purchases: €22,871,380 (excluding VAT), maximum €26,302,086 (excluding VAT). Additionally, three initial contracts for property management services in Leinster, Munster, and Connacht/Ulster will be awarded; their exact scope is detailed in the tender documents.
