Framework Agreement for Engineering Consultancy and Multi-Disciplinary Design Team for Lisbunny Link Road
Engineering consultancy services for a multi-disciplinary design team: preliminary design, detailed design, statutory planning requirements, enabling, and procurement for the Lisbunny Link Road Scheme. This includes PSDP duties and the procurement of other services, surveys, and investigations. The project is located on the outskirts of Nenagh, between the R445 Dublin Road and the L1211 Old Birr Road. It involves a new extension of the L5146 Lisbunny Industrial Park road to join the L1211, approximately 350 meters in length. Options for upgrading the existing L5146 (approximately 550 meters) are also to be examined and designed. This tender is for a single-party framework agreement, with the initial contract covering CWMF Stages (i) to (iii). Subsequent stages may be called off from the framework.
