Framework agreement for a carbon measurement and management interactive learning solution for AMTCE: Design, development, configuration, supply, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and support of a complete solution. Initial delivery is required by November 30, 2026. A mandatory site visit at AMTCE, Xerox Technology Park, Dundalk, Co.Louth, Ireland, A91 Y319, is required; appointments must be confirmed by 4pm August 31, 2026, via rfq.amc@lmetb.ie, with visits scheduled between August 31 and September 14, 2026, from 9am to 3pm. Online site visits can be facilitated. The value for the initial stage is €300,000 ex VAT.
