Framework Agreement for Minor Building Works, Dublin North/North City Region
Framework Agreement for general building and construction works in the Dublin North/North City Region: covers construction, refurbishment, adaptation, compliance, maintenance, lifecycle replacement, energy upgrade, decarbonisation, improvement works, and minor capital projects for HSE-owned, leased, and occupied properties (including Primary Care Centres, Community Healthcare facilities, hospitals). Projects are divided into two lots: up to €250,000 and over €250,000 up to €1,000,000 (each exclusive of VAT). A minimum of 15 applicants per lot will be shortlisted, and up to 15 contractors per lot may be appointed.
