Framework Agreement for Delivery and Service of Battery Storage Projects in Germany
Delivery and service of battery storage projects: up to six framework agreement partners for the supply of core components including battery storage, battery inverter, transformer station, battery management system (BMS), and power plant controller. The supplier is also responsible for the commissioning of the supplied components. Additionally, a long-term service contract including warranty extensions will be awarded to ensure system performance. Bidders must provide cost estimates for two specific projects: Project 1 in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania with 100 MW / 400 MWh, and Project 2 in North Rhine-Westphalia with 20 MW / 40 MWh. Call-offs or individual orders may be transferred to affiliated legal entities. The estimated total volume under the framework agreement is approximately 8 GWh over a contract term of up to eight years, with a maximum volume of 10 GWh.
