Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operational support: The procedure comprises four service areas with a total of 12 lots, which are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures. Service area 1 includes IT infrastructure services, service area 2 IT infrastructure security and network security services, service area 3 integration and middleware services, and service area 4 application operational support. Bidders may bid on all lots, but can receive a maximum of one award per service area for service area 3 and a maximum of two awards for service areas 1, 2, and 4.
