Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operational support: The procedure comprises four service areas, divided into a total of 12 lots. Service Area 1: IT Infrastructure Services (Lots 1-4 for ITZBund, BMV, AA, BMI, remaining federal administration). Service Area 2: IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services (Lots 5-7 for BMF, BMV, BMI, remaining federal administration). Service Area 3: Integration and Middleware Services (Lots 8-9 for BMF, remaining federal administration). Service Area 4: Application Operational Support (Lots 10-12 for ITZBund, BMI, BMZ, AA, remaining federal administration). Bidders may bid on all lots but can receive a maximum of one award per Service Area 3 and a maximum of two awards per Service Areas 1, 2, and 4.
