Framework agreement for technology-specific IT operational support: The estimated maximum quantity for Lot 1 is 60,958 person-days. The procedure comprises four service areas, divided into a total of 12 lots. Service Area 1 includes IT infrastructure services, Service Area 2 IT infrastructure security and network security services, Service Area 3 integration and middleware services, and Service Area 4 application operational support. The lots are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures. Bidders may bid on all lots, but the award is limited to one lot per service area (Service Area 3) or two lots (Service Areas 1, 2, and 4).
