Framework agreement for traffic and transport surveys: Provision of qualified service providers for transport-related traffic and vehicle occupancy studies. An initial contract for traffic and vehicle occupancy surveys on the M50 Cordon is planned. The framework agreement has a term of four (4) years and a maximum total value of €2,800,000 (exclusive of VAT). The estimated value of the M50 Cordon Contract is €82,500 (exclusive of VAT). A maximum of five (5) tenderers can be admitted to the framework agreement; figures are indicative, no expenditure is guaranteed.
