Framework Agreement for Software, AI, and Digital Services

Data Acquisition System for Environmental Monitoring Networks

Delivery of a central software solution (purchase model) for the collection, processing and management of air quality and water quality data in the Bremen air and water quality measurement network based on the EVB-IT System-AGB. The tender is divided into two lots: Lot 1 comprises the air measurement network (10 measuring stations, 3 service workstation licenses, migration of an approx. 60 GB Breitfuss database) and Lot 2 the surface water quality measurement network (2 measuring stations, 1 service workstation license, migration of an approx. 241 MB Breitfuss database). Also required are the configuration of the measuring components, data exports to the Umweltbundesamt (UBA) or the Bundesanstalt für Gewässerkunde (BfG), training courses (max. 3 days) as well as support and maintenance by qualified personnel in German. The contract period is 4 years from 16.09.2026 with an annual automatic extension.

KKSys-as-a-Service (Software, eGK and Hardware)

Procurement and implementation of a health insurance system (KKSys) as a SaaS model (KKSys-as-a-Service) including eGK and hardware for the medical care of the Schleswig-Holstein State Police. The service includes operation, maintenance, provision of workstation equipment, and connection to the telematics infrastructure (TI) to support eAU, ePrescription, DiGA, and ePA.
