The planned duration is from 15.10.2026 to 14.10.2027, with an option for extension by one additional year if not terminated 3 months prior to expiry. The maximum duration is 48 months. Services to be provided in Chemnitz (09111). Required documents: self-declaration regarding insolvency/liquidation, self-declaration regarding compliance with legal obligations (taxes, duties, social contributions), self-declaration regarding compliance with the Minimum Wage Act. An extract from the commercial central register must be submitted upon request.
