Framework Agreement for Technology-Specific IT Operational Support for the Remaining Federal Administration

IT operational support for the Remaining Federal Administration: estimated quantity of 23,725 person-days, which corresponds to the maximum quantity. The framework agreement comprises four service areas, divided into a total of 12 lots. Service Area 1: IT Infrastructure Services (Lots 1-4), Service Area 2: IT Infrastructure Security and Network Security Services (Lots 5-7), Service Area 3: Integration and Middleware Services (Lots 8-9), Service Area 4: Application Operations Support (Lots 10-12). The 12 lots are tendered in 12 separate procurement procedures. Bidders may bid on all lots, but can receive a maximum of one award per service area for Service Area 3, or a maximum of two awards for Service Areas 1, 2, and 4.
