Consultancy services in property management for 32 schools: Support for minor alterations, upgrades, replacements, and maintenance; provision of expert knowledge on building systems (building physics/statics, HVAC, electrical installations, gas and cooling installations, energy installations, acoustics, fire), condition analysis strategies, sustainability, and environment; explanation of legal and financial requirements; assistance with complex problems concerning laws, finances, and installation/service requirements; execution of multi-disciplinary analyses within the MOM area; support for construction projects (environment, energy, life cycle costs, operation); follow-up of organizational and system-oriented projects within the MOM area.
