Plant Security Services for GSI Helmholtz Centre

Plant security services: Framework agreement for the flexible, demand-driven call-off of security services, provision of qualified personnel familiar with the properties. Services include regular and substitute services such as plant security, control center, and reception services at the main gate in 24/7 operation, as well as substitute reception and service at the KBW. On-demand services for additional personnel are called off as planned on-demand services (notification at least three working days in advance, confirmation within eight hours) or as short-term on-demand services (provision within 120 minutes of call-off, with surcharge). A minimum of four hours will be remunerated for each called-off staff member and deployment of an on-demand service. Also included are security consulting, analysis, and expert planning, with ongoing consulting covered by unit prices and written reports called off separately. The contractor must be able to react flexibly to dynamic developments such as FAIR construction progress, expansion of perimeter and video surveillance, drone-based surveillance, and structural changes. Cancellations of confirmed individual call-offs are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of deployment; for later cancellations, 50% of the called-off hours will be remunerated; after commencement of service, the actual hours worked, but at least the minimum call-off duration, will be remunerated. Framework agreement duration: 2027 to 2033.
