Framework Agreement for Joint Sealant and Spreading Material

Framework agreement for the supply of joint sealant and spreading material for the urban area of Dresden: Joint sealant with a minimum order quantity of 5,280 kg, estimated 10,560 kg, and maximum 15,840 kg; spreading material with a minimum order quantity of 1,600 kg, estimated 3,200 kg, and maximum 4,800 kg. The agreement runs from 01/01/2027 to 31/12/2028. Payment terms are according to § 17 VOL/B, no security deposits required. Bids must be submitted by 09/10/2026 12:00. The award will be based on the most economically advantageous offer. Qualification documents include self-declarations regarding the company, pre-qualification, business registration, Chamber of Crafts/Industry and Commerce, commercial register, turnover of the last 3 financial years, 2 references, exclusion grounds according to § 16 Abs. 4 and 5 VOL/A and § 2 Abs. 1 VOL/A, a CE declaration, information on technical standards and quality marks, a data sheet with all relevant information and properties in digital form (PDF), and a user manual in digital form (PDF) for items 1 and 2.
