Framework Agreements for Professional Services at St Vincent’s University Hospital
Framework Agreements for Professional Services: Five non-exclusive framework agreements, each with a single provider, for architectural services, mechanical and electrical engineering and consulting services, quantity surveying services, fire safety consulting services, and services of an assigned certifier for capital and other works at St Vincent’s University Hospital. Services are called off on an as-needed basis via individual Statements of Work (SOW), with providers required to maintain capacity for concurrent SOWs. Engagement is in accordance with the latest version of the 'Standard Conditions of Engagement for Consultancy Services (Technical) -Document COI1 v2j' published by the Department of Finance on September 30, 2024. All services must comply with relevant Irish building regulations, statutory requirements, and healthcare facility design and operational standards.
