Framework agreement for print output management: Target concept with a shopping cart of 6 device classes, uniform operation on all multifunction devices, uniform universal driver for PCL6 & PS3, printing from SAP on all system types, authentication via RFID cards/transponders (min. Type: Mifare Classic and Desfire) on multifunction systems with integration into central management software, fail-safety through FollowMe Print, automated service management and toner distribution by the contractor, central management of the device fleet and print and scan workflows via management software. Provision of systems for printing, copying, faxing, and scanning; connection, commissioning, and staff training; electronic billing based on cost centers/departments; fleet management for administration, monitoring, central administration, and configuration of systems; automatic reporting of consumables (toner), meter readings, and system malfunctions; delivery and distribution of consumables (excluding paper) to device locations by the contractor; connection of systems to the client's existing IT infrastructure.
