Framework Agreement for 3 Coagulation Analyzers including Reagents and Maintenance

Supply of 3 coagulation analyzers: including reagents, control material, and maintenance. Two identical multi-parameter analyzers are for the Clinical Laboratory AZ Groeninge for routine and special coagulation tests and must be connectable to the existing Roche Total Lab Automation (TLA) system. One multi-parameter analyzer is for the Activity Center Sint-Jozefskliniek Izegem for routine coagulation tests; this device must have identical measuring principles, operating software, reagents, and control material as the analyzers for AZ Groeninge. Required routine tests include: activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT), prothrombin time (PT, INR), fibrinogen, D-dimers. Required special tests include: thrombin time (TT), Factor VIII, Factor IX, UFH (anti-Xa activity), LMWH (anti-Xa activity), Apixaban (anti-Xa activity), Edoxaban (anti-Xa activity), Rivaroxaban (anti-Xa activity), Antithrombin activity, Protein C activity, free Protein S antigen, activated Protein C (APC) resistance, Lupus anticoagulant screening, mixing test and confirmation, Von Willebrand Factor antigen, Von Willebrand Factor activity. Optional tests are: Factor V, VII, X, IX, XII, HIT/ADAMTS13.
