Framework Agreement for Ad-hoc Property Services

Ad-hoc property services: Gardening services including weeding, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and tree felling; cleaning services such as trash collection, removal and disposal of large waste quantities, sweeping, graffiti removal, clearing objects from properties, needle collection, and clearing of encampments (incl. private belongings, waste, and sanitary waste); storage of cleared items for up to three months in secure, lockable facilities; minor maintenance and repair tasks performed by unskilled workers, caretakers, or landscape gardeners, e.g., repair of small tiled areas, adjustment and lubrication of locks and door pumps, supervision of technical systems, fence work, and minor asphalt work; property supervision and cleaning of properties and empty lots for limited periods, including address cleaning and potential setup of construction site fences or barriers. Further similar tasks within these categories are possible.
