Framework Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services for Buildings and Technical Equipment

Architectural and engineering services according to §§ 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI and §§ 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI for performance phases 1 to 9, including basic services and special services such as dimensional surveys, creation of existing plans, and monitoring of defect rectification during the warranty period. Individual projects are commissioned in project stages (performance phases 1-2, 3-4, 5-7, 8, 9 of HOAI), each with proportionate basic and special services. Additional services include assistance with modernization announcements and billing, as well as with the examination, application, and billing of grants. The scope of services includes the maintenance of individual building components (roof, facade, windows, underground garages) in existing buildings in Berlin and the surrounding area, structural waterproofing, concrete repair, energetic renovation measures on building envelopes (e.g., shell renovation, roof, facade, windows) possibly with solar or photovoltaic systems and grant consideration, as well as riser renovations including ancillary works and restoration of kitchen and bathroom areas in occupied or vacant apartments. An estimated 20 individual construction projects are expected annually, with no claim to the commissioning of a specific number of individual projects. The contractor must be able to handle multiple projects in parallel.
