Framework Agreement for Civil Engineering Works

Framework agreement for civil engineering works: recurring planned and unplanned ground and civil engineering works within Mörbylånga municipality. Tasks include ground and excavation works, water and sewage works, street and road construction, pedestrian and cycle paths, park and landscaping works, stormwater facilities, pumping stations, retaining walls, utility and cable trenches, emergency operational measures, and minor building-related ground works. Assignments can be execution contracts according to AB 04 or total contracts according to ABT 06, and can be organized as general contracts, coordinated general contracts, or divided contracts. Framework agreements are to be concluded with three (3) suppliers. Eligible call-off entities are Mörbylånga kommun, Mörbylånga Kommunbolag AB, Mörbylånga Bostads AB, Mörbylånga Fastighets AB, MB Förvaltning och Service AB, MB Solstrimman AB, and Mörbylånga Parkerings AB. Call-offs are made according to a fixed ranking when the estimated total value of the assignment is up to 10,000,000 SEK excluding VAT, and at least seventy (70) percent of the estimated value can be calculated using the framework agreement's competitive prices and remuneration rules. Renewed competition is used when the value exceeds 10,000,000 SEK excluding VAT or when less than seventy (70) percent can be calculated using the competitive prices and remuneration rules. The framework agreement is not exclusive, and no volume is guaranteed. The estimated total value of the framework agreement is approximately 450,000,000 SEK excluding VAT, and the total ceiling value is 700,000,000 SEK excluding VAT.
