Framework agreement for construction insurance: Includes all-risk construction insurance (Tous Risques Chantier), latent defects insurance (Dommages Ouvrage), non-performing builder insurance (Constructeur Non Réalisateur), collective ten-year liability insurance (Contrat Collectif de Responsabilité Décennale), damage to the structure after acceptance as a developer (Dommages à l'ouvrage après réception en tant que lotisseur), and client civil liability (Responsabilité civile Maitre d'ouvrage); single award, maximum amount 2,000,000 Euro net for the total contract duration.
