Consulting services for strengthening and further developing the authority's operational and strategic capabilities in leadership, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance: Authority management and governance; organizational method and process development; data protection and information security; general administrative legal advice (e.g., on public access and secrecy and other administrative law); legal advice regarding the assignment at national and EU level due to the new EU legal framework for the joint evaluation of the relative efficacy and safety of new medicines and medical technology (HTA Regulation); contract management and resource follow-up; public procurement (LOU).
