Framework Agreement for the Supply of Computer Hardware for Wrocław University of Science and Technology – Desktop Computers
Framework agreement for the successive supply of desktop computers to Wrocław University of Science and Technology: Delivery will be made as needed in partial shipments based on written partial orders specifying assortment, quantity, and delivery location. Delivery locations are Wrocław, Wałbrzych, Legnica, Jelenia Góra. The contract duration is up to 12 months from the date of contract conclusion. Execution of individual partial orders will take place within a maximum of 14 working days from the delivery of the partial order, with a certificate confirmed by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education entitling the application of a 0% VAT rate for the ordered equipment. No option rights are foreseen.
