Framework agreement for the supply of fuels and associated services via fuel cards with online management

Supply of fuels and associated services: Provision of fuel cards for the supply and payment of fuels such as diesel (B7), unleaded petrol SP 95 (E05), SP 98 (E05), SP 95 (E10), and AdBlue at the pump per liter for vehicles of CAPV and CIAS. This includes station-related services like car wash or "boutique products" with a maximum of 30 euros incl. VAT per operation, which must be optional and configurable per card. Also included are parking fee payment, toll payment, and the provision of an online IT tool for managing all card information.
