Framework Agreement for Business Travel, Fee, and Expense Accounting

Framework agreement for business travel, fee, and expense accounting: Duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 with an optional extension of 3 x 1 year. For the 1st year (01.01.2027 - 31.12.2027), 6,700 units of domestic travel expenses (business trips), 2,900 units of international travel expenses (business trips), 300 units of domestic fee and expense accounting, 300 units of international fee and expense accounting, and 40 units of separation allowance, relocation costs, family home travel accounting are planned. For the 2nd year (01.01.2028 - 31.12.2028) as an option, 7,500 units of domestic travel expenses (business trips), 3,200 units of international travel expenses (business trips), 350 units of domestic fee and expense accounting, 350 units of international fee and expense accounting, and 45 units of separation allowance, relocation costs, family home travel accounting are planned. For the 3rd year (01.01.2029 - 31.12.2029) as an option, 8,100 units of domestic travel expenses (business trips), 3,500 units of international travel expenses (business trips), 375 units of domestic fee and expense accounting, 375 units of international fee and expense accounting, and 50 units of separation allowance, relocation costs, family home travel accounting are planned. For the 4th year (01.01.2030 - 31.12.2030) as an option, 9,000 units of domestic travel expenses (business trips), 3,900 units of international travel expenses (business trips), 400 units of domestic fee and expense accounting, 400 units of international fee and expense accounting, and 55 units of separation allowance, relocation costs, family home travel accounting are planned. The estimated quantities are based on past and anticipated demand. Travel activities and accounting volume may be restricted by force majeure, strikes, wars, pandemics, etc. There is no obligation to purchase the total quantity.
