Framework for Energy Service Providers for Energy Efficiency Initiative in Public Buildings

Framework for Energy Services: Provision of specialists for energy efficiency measures in central government and public sector buildings, including staff energy awareness, behavioural change, energy auditing/reporting, optimisation of Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls. Services cover over 50 existing and approximately 15 new facilities such as hospitals, prisons, third-level education institutions, laboratories, data centres, office accommodation, and other public sector buildings. Up to five suitable energy specialist service providers will be appointed to the framework. The tender includes notional tender requests for rate determination.
