Framework Agreement for Replacement and New Construction of Traffic Light Installations 2026 - 2030

Delivery, installation, and commissioning of traffic light installations: including 15 years of maintenance. Traffic control devices, street furniture (mast material, traffic lanterns), cabling, and detection systems are to be delivered, installed, and made operational. Removal of components from existing installations, setup or transfer of communication and/or power connections, provision of revision drawings and documentation for the traffic control devices, and creation of FCB and ITF files for the delivery of intelligent traffic light installations are also included. Corrective and preventive technical maintenance on the delivered installations is to be performed. The contract will be awarded to two bidders with the lowest price, with individual sub-orders being granted alternately in approximately equal size and numbers.
