Framework Agreement for ILS Consulting Services (Integrated Life Cycle Support)

Framework Agreement for ILS Consulting Services: Provision of consultants in the field of Integrated Life Cycle Support (ILS) according to ALP-10 for FMV and Försvarsmakten. Includes both hired personnel and project consultants for business development (method support, training), technical project management, technical element management, technical specialists, and configuration management/control. The ILS methodology is based on NATO STANAG 4876, ALP-10 NATO GUIDANCE FOR INTEGRATED LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT, supports the ASD S-Series, and aims to ensure the availability and operational reliability of technical products/systems through life cycle analyses, minimizing total life cycle costs for operation and maintenance. The support system is developed and maintained using Systems Engineering (SE) and ILS methodology. The ILS methodology according to ALP-10 comprises 13 elements, managed technically and administratively throughout the entire life cycle, integrated with Systems Engineering (AAP-48 and ISO 15288), from development to decommissioning, and adapted as needed.
