Development of a tool for predicting and notifying flash flood risks from surface runoff: The tool enables automatic calculation of pluvial flood risks and sending notifications to users. The contract duration is 3 years, with an option for 2 extensions of 1 year each. Items 2 (support) and 3 (training and user support) can be extended twice for 1 year each; this does not apply to item 1 (development) and the initial implementation. The maximum potential contract duration is 5 years.
