Inventory of storm and wastewater networks: Use of smoke and colored water for the inventory of approximately 5,000-6,000 connections and property connections as well as hardened surfaces in affected municipalities. The focus is on identifying misconnected downpipes, street inlets, floor drains, and leakage between network lines. The total scope of properties is estimated and may vary depending on operational needs and budget.
