Framework Agreement for Supply, Installation, Connection, and Testing of Data Center Cabling, PDUs, and Accessories

Framework agreement for the on-demand supply, installation, connection, testing, and certification of physical data center cabling, PDUs, power cables, and associated accessories. The scope includes the supply and installation of copper, fiber optic, and MPO cabling between racks (prefabricated or on-site connected), the supply of patch cables and other cabling components for IT equipment within racks (standard, slimline, fine versions), and the supply of patch panels, cassettes, connectors, adapters, cable management systems, labels, and further accessories. Also included is the supply of rack PDUs (single-phase, three-phase) and associated lockable power cables. Installation, measurement and testing, provision of test and calibration reports, certification of installed cabling, and provision of as-built documentation are part of the service. Technical support and expertise for changes, incidents, problems, and future projects in the data center environment are also to be provided. The solution must be technically and functionally interoperable with the existing infrastructure (approx. 78 racks, Reichle & De Massari AG components, Schneider Electric APC rack PDUs). This is a selection phase; detailed specifications will follow in phase two.
