Framework Agreement for Supply of Traffic Signs and Directional Signage for Pirna

Supply of traffic signs according to the Traffic Sign Catalogue for Road Traffic Regulations (VzKat-StVO), films according to technical performance class guidelines, directional signage, permanent mounting devices and fasteners according to DIN EN 12899-1, and other road equipment as per the bill of quantities. All delivered signs, mounting devices, and materials must comply with regulations valid at the time of delivery (especially Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), General Administrative Regulation for Road Traffic Regulations (VwV-StVO)), relevant DIN standards (esp. DIN EN 12899-1), Technical Delivery Conditions for Traffic Signs (TL-VZ), and RAL quality conditions. Used reflective films must meet the requirements of the technical performance class guidelines for traffic signs. Delivery to the municipal building yard of Pirna. Contract duration from 14.09.2026 to 13.09.2028, with an option for two one-year extensions, maximum total duration four years. Restricted tender without call for competition (Procurement and Contract Regulations for Services – Part A (VOL/A)).
