Management consultancy services for Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) and subsidiaries: Strategic/operational review, corporate finance strategic evaluation and advice, industry social and economic impact review, process and system review, ESG review, accountancy services, risk and audit effectiveness reviews, and other management services (excluding internal audit services). The framework agreement is also available to other industry bodies, all HRI Racecourses, and their affiliates/associates, including Cork Racecourse and The Curragh Racecourse. The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) and Cork Racecourse Mallow Limited may also utilize this framework. Detailed specifications are available in the tender documents.
