Framework agreement for design services, provisionally including the following missions: urban design (deepening of initial diagnosis, production of an overall concept such as a master plan/guide plan, identification of applicable administrative and environmental procedures), preparation of regulatory files and the development permit application (preparation and monitoring, assistance to the contracting authority during regulatory procedures, compatibility files for urban planning documents if necessary), urban, architectural, and environmental coordination (elaboration of a catalog of urban, architectural, environmental, and landscape prescriptions and recommendations, elaboration of lot sheets, establishment of an architectural visa for real estate operators' projects), urban project management (design and realization of public spaces and plot development through project management missions as defined in the French public procurement code), and assistance and animation of the information and consultation component (conducting public meetings, press conferences or exhibitions, elaboration of communication materials).
