Apartment clearance services for Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH in the city area of Leipzig: includes living spaces and associated ancillary rooms (e.g., cellars, attics, storage rooms, outbuildings, mailboxes) in buildings up to 16 stories. Services comprise inspection of the rental units, creation of an inventory with photographic documentation and approximate valuation of usable items, obtaining necessary permits, support in securing relevant documents, complete clearance of apartments including dismantling of fixtures, sorting, packaging, and securing valuables, transport of all items, separation and professional disposal of household waste, bulky waste, old electrical appliances, hazardous substances, and other waste including disposal certificates, data protection-compliant destruction of personal documents and deletion of digital data carriers, creation of a broom-clean condition, as well as sealing and securing measures (e.g., closing shut-off valves, attaching end caps or odor traps), electronic documentation of all services, storage of valuables and usable items in suitable, secured warehouses, and their realization through auction or sale. The estimated scope of services is approximately 130 apartment clearances per calendar year (non-binding estimate).
