Heavy civils engineering works and ancillary services for the MetroLink programme in Dublin: The M120 framework agreement comprises two value-based lots, awarded via negotiated procedure. Five applicants per lot will be shortlisted. Three bidders per lot will be appointed to the framework agreement; the 4th and 5th bidders are reserve tenderers. The framework agreement may also be used by Iarnród Eireann-Irish Rail for heavy civil engineering works at or adjacent to Glasnevin station.
