Safety and Health Protection Coordination (SHPC) for construction and rehabilitation projects on heritage buildings and their surroundings in Lyon: The coordination includes 3 competence levels for projects with a net work value between 800,000 and 20,000,000 EUR per project. During the design phase, tasks include establishing the preliminary declaration, elaborating and updating the General Safety and Health Protection Coordination Plan (PGCSPS), constituting the Subsequent Intervention File on the Work (DIUO), opening and maintaining the Daily Register (RJ), researching solutions for hygiene and safety problems arising from design studies, and analyzing clarifications requested from companies in their offers. During the construction phase, tasks include monitoring the display of declarations on site as per the Labour Code, and organizing the coordination of simultaneous or successive activities and the common use of facilities among all involved companies, including subcontractors.
